WPM Construction is a privately owned full service general contractor. Based in Merrillville, Indiana, WPM has successfully completed projects throughout the United States. WPM Construction has never failed to complete a project.
Our work includes hotels, assisted living, apartments, restaurants, office buildings and warehouses with a broad range of complexities from renovations valued below $100,000 to comprehensive land development and commercial structures with values exceeding $20,000,000.

Our construction experience allows us to value engineer a building. Our staff has hands-on experience with architectural review and construction practices that eliminates nonessential costs while providing the end user with a top quality facility.

Our full complement of experienced personnel has access to the most advanced technological equipment and software including Prolog project management system, Timberline accounting systems, color plotters, scanners and CAD stations which allow us to expedite and control time lines prior to construction starts.
